- Orders can be sent to either your home address or a specified delivery address. This allows you to have your consignments sent to your place of work, a friend's address or where ever is most convenient for you.
All orders need to be signed for: We cannot be held responsible for any consignments that are not signed for.
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. However we try to despatch all orders quicker than this if we can. In the unlikely event that a product you order is not available, we will notify you by e-mail and give you an estimate of when the item will be with you, or offer a full refund including postage paid. - Privacy & Security

You are welcome to return any item purchased from Riding Hats Online for a refund.
For an exchange - please follow the simple steps below to ensure a smooth, quick service, although please beware that there may be a price difference between sizes.
1. You are welcome to return any part of your order to us within 14 days from the time of receipt of your order for an exchange (less postage).
2. There is no need to contact us to advise of a return, simply complete the returns form and post it back to us and we will arrange any payment adjustment. Please ensure your parcel is packaged appropriately for return: clearly labelled with your name, address entered and respective details onto the returns form.
3. Goods being returned must be unworn, unused, unsoiled, undamaged and presented in their original packaging with all tags still attached to the product.
4. Take your parcel to the post office and send it back to us. (We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and ask at the post office for a signature to be obtained from us on delivery, as we cannot compensate you for failure of delivery).
5. If you are returning an item because it is faulty please remember to mark on the returns form what the fault is and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a refund is requested it shall be credited minus the postage costs.
6. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size/colour etc, simply send back the item you do not wish to keep, using the returns procedure above. Once your returned item has been received at goods in and passes the criteria mentioned in paragraph 3, we will despatch the alternative size or colour as requested free of postage costs.

- 1. Browse through the store until you find the items you wish to buy. You can also search for specific products by clicking on the search button.
2. Once you find a product you wish to buy, click the add to cart button after making all appropriate selections such as quantity, size and colour.
3. At this point you can either proceed to the checkout and pay for your chosen product or you can continue shopping.
4. When ready you can proceed to the checkout. At this point you will be asked for your address and payment details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You also have the option of registering with us for a speedier checkout next time! Payment is by credit card and all prices are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron.
5. Colours may vary and are there as a guide only. We aim to despatch goods within 3 days of receiving the order.
6. When placing your order, you need to remember that we are unable to dispatch outside of the UK & NI.
